Podium didn’t have an ethos when it was created in 2020 – which meant that teams using the design system really didn’t know what it stood for or how it connected back to the spirit of Nike. So we set out to create an inspiring concept around the Spirit of Play to re-introduce Podium to the org and get users excited and engaged.
